How do I get to you?
We're on Štefánikova Street in Smíchov, a few minutes' walk from Anděl metro station. You can pull up briefly in front of the shop; otherwise the area is in Prague 5's blue parking zone.
How can I pay?
In the shop you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash. Online, in the cart, we accept card and bank transfer.
How much is delivery and when will you deliver?
Delivery across Prague costs CZK 149, and we deliver in four windows: 8:00–10:00, 10:00–13:00, 13:00–17:00 and 17:00–19:00. Orders placed by 14:00 are delivered the same day; for the morning window, order by 22:00 the evening before at the latest.
Can I collect my flowers in person?
Yes, in-store pickup on Štefánikova Street is free. We prepare bouquets from our range within 2 hours during opening hours.
Which flowers are in season now?
We have peonies only in May and June. In autumn we make bouquets from garden roses, ranunculus, dahlias, chrysanthemums and dried flowers.
How long do the flowers last and what if they wilt?
Cut flowers usually last 5–7 days if you trim the stems and put them in clean water with the nourishment we include. If a bouquet doesn't look fresh within 3 days of delivery, message us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
What if nobody is home for the delivery?
The courier rings the bell first and calls the recipient. Without an agreement, the flowers are not left at the door or with neighbours; we arrange a new delivery the same day or the next morning.
Can an order be changed or cancelled?
Ready bouquets from the range can be changed or cancelled for free until 18:00 the day before delivery. Made-to-measure orders, such as wedding work, are arranged individually with the owner, Hana.
