For florists
You arrange bouquets. The AI answers “do you have roses today?”
Bouquet prices, what's fresh today, delivery for tomorrow – the AI answers from your offer and writes up the order with a delivery time and card message, even when your hands are full of stems.
9:20 pm
„A customer messages on Instagram in the evening asking if you can deliver a birthday bouquet tomorrow morning.“
Where customers slip away today
Instagram piling up at the counter
A customer asks the price of a bouquet while you're tying another. You reply in the evening – and they've ordered elsewhere.
Prices and availability, again and again
“Do you have roses today? What could I get for €40?” – on Instagram, WhatsApp and the phone.
Order details get lost
The address, delivery time and card message end up scattered through a chat thread – and then you have to dig for them.
What it would look like for you
Three typical situations. Prices and times are examples only – the AI uses your real details.
Customer: Good evening, I'd like a birthday bouquet delivered tomorrow at 10:00, Prague 3.
AI receptionist: Good evening! The 10:00 delivery slot to Prague 3 is free. What kind of bouquet would you like, and what's your budget? I can add a card message too.
Customer: Something pink, up to €40. The card should say: Happy birthday, Gran!
Customer: Do you have tulips today, and how much is a bouquet of 15?
AI receptionist: We have tulips today – a bouquet of 15 is €28. The yellow ones are sold out; shall I swap them for white or pink?
Missed call · 9:25
AI receptionist: Hello, we're tying bouquets and missed your call. Tell me what you need – I'll give you the offer and delivery time right away.
Customer: I need a small bouquet for a hospital this afternoon – can you deliver?
What will matter most to you
Offer and prices from your price list
The AI only says what you've given it – bouquet prices and today's fresh flowers. If something has run out, it suggests a replacement from your offer.
Orders with delivery time and card message
The address, delivery window and card text go into one order – not into a chat thread.
Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger in one place
Customers write wherever they are. One AI answers the same everywhere – from the same offer.
Frequently asked questions
Will the AI send a payment link?
Only if you've set one up (e.g. a card payment link). It doesn't process payments itself – it writes up the order and you confirm it.
What if a flower has run out?
The AI suggests a replacement only from what you've given it – say, another colour or variety at the same price. If it has nothing to offer, it passes the question to you.
Can the AI handle weddings and custom arrangements?
These are usually handled individually: the AI collects the date, budget and contact details and passes them to you. You can take over the conversation at any time.
What if someone abroad is ordering flowers for family in Prague?
The AI replies in the customer's language – Czech, Ukrainian, English and others – and writes up the order with the delivery address.
