Pricing questions
What is a dialog?
One conversation with one customer in one channel within 24 hours – no matter how many messages. If the customer writes again the next day, that is a new dialog.
What happens if I go over the limit?
The AI keeps answering; nobody gets turned away. Each extra 100 dialogs costs €12, a voice minute €0.25. We warn you before you reach the limit so you can move up a plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The contract is monthly with no commitment; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepay is not refunded pro rata, but you get 2 months free and setup at no charge.
How long is the contract?
One month, renewing automatically. No annual lock-in unless you choose annual prepay yourself.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Before the end we export your conversations, contacts and settings (JSON/CSV). Then we delete the data as agreed in the data processing agreement and confirm it in writing.
